Terms of service
The company details are being added to this page.
Last updated 21 October 2026.
These terms apply between you and the operator named on the Company page ("we") when you use Plan Takeoff.
Business customers only
Plan Takeoff is a professional tool. By buying a pass you confirm that you act for your business or profession, not as a consumer.
What is free and what you buy
- Opening plans and measuring are free.
- A plan pass is a one-off payment that unlocks exporting the material list and printing the report for one plan file, as often as you like. The file is recognised by its fingerprint; a changed file is a different plan.
- A monthly pass is a subscription that unlocks exports for every plan while it is active. It renews each month until cancelled, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid month. You can cancel through the link in the app or by email.
Passes are kept in the browser you paid with. If you lose access to them, write to us with your receipt and we will restore the pass.
Prices and invoices
The price and any VAT are shown at checkout. Payment is by card through Stripe. An invoice is issued for each payment.
Quantities are estimates
Quantities are calculated from what you measure and from typical waste and overlap allowances; default prices are indicative and can be edited. Check scale, measurements and quantities before ordering materials or pricing a job. You are responsible for the use you make of the results.
Your drawings
You keep all rights to the drawings you open. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy notice. If a drawing contains personal data, we process it on your behalf as your processor: only to render it for you, under confidentiality, with appropriate security measures, without further processors, and deleting it after processing. We help you answer data subject requests and tell you without undue delay about any personal data breach affecting it.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profit or other indirect damage, except where the law does not allow such a limit, such as for intent.
Refunds
If an export does not work as described, write to us and we will fix it or refund the payment.
Law and disputes
Estonian law applies. Disputes are settled by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) unless agreed otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms; changes apply to purchases made after they are published here.
